Hi, I am real new here....this is my first time here. I am looking for help on how to get my new Epson Stylus R200 to pring on a CD. It keeps ejecting the CD tray and telling me I don't have it in right. I have done it over and over and don't see any other way to do it. Can someone help me. I keep lining up the arrows and nothing I do seems to help. I have a new printer, and thought it was the printer. So today I took it back and now I get the same error message. What more do I need to do?? Please... can someone help me??.

Make sure that the printer is not up against a wall. It has something to do with the tray needing some room to push out the back a bit. I don't have one, but I recall reading a post about it, some time ago.

he is exactly right just move it away from the wall about 6 inch so the tray can feed all the way through. If you watch the back of it while it pulls the tray in you will see what we are talking about :)
