Any help would be appriciated Rickerman
The connector should look somthing like this..... You may have jumpers covering the yellow and purple spots on my image.... Take these off... Blue spot = Mic Power - Your Orange MIC IN Red spot = Ground - Your GND Black Green spot = Mic In - Your Green MIC IN Yellow spots = Right Audio - Your Brown RIN and Yellow ROUT (any way will do) Purple spots = Left Audio - Your Blue LIN and Red LOUT (any way will do) Your GND Black (thinner) may be spare that is ok or if you like you could put it on the pin between the yellow and purple spots... Some cases are usless for these connections i just wish they complied with an ISO standard, but you cant have everything : ) Remember the orientation of my graphic, yours maybe another way but usually is the same.... Try that and let me know if it worked? Remember to make sure your MIC is un-muted in the sound properties!
