Need help with karaoke dvd

I have a dvd disc with karaoke tracks on. They are all .dat files. Could someone please advise me how to burn these tracks onto another dvd disc sothat i can play them on my dvd player. (Does that make sense ?)

The program below says it can do it and yes it does cost but this is what I got when I Googled your question.
