Need Help With Multi Theft Auto... No one seems to be online?

    I just downloaded Multi Theft Auto 0.5 and I started it up and i'm connected and everything but.... there is no one there? I am in the Vice City deathmatch but I don't see anyone online but me in the players list. Am I doing something wrong?
