need help with my sound on my computer

    i had installed or i mean replaced my hard drive from my computer and when i started it i noticed i had no sound i tried the basics steps what should i do can someone help me?

    reinstall the soundcard drivers from the dvd-rom

    i ain't got a disc or cd to reinstall them now what should i do??????????? help

    you can download the drivers from the soundcard maker website. so google it

    how do i find that out im new at this where do i go to find out?? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!1

    what kind of PC is it?

    if its a dell etc. you can call there tech support

    emachine intel t2240 what do i do from here???????????? HELP

    call emachine tech support and they can link you the sound drivers

    reboot you're machine

    then go to device manger and make sure you don't have any yellow questions marks in the list of drivers

    this maybe to simply but you don't have the mute button enabled on your keyboard do you?

    no i dont but i installed the Realtek AC'97 Audio Driver but i get a code error 10 what should i do????????HELP

    i already did that chat tech support stuff and um they gave me some thins to download which were the drivers but it still does'nt work the only thing i did was change my old hardrive to a new one they gave me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can someone help me plz???
