need help with my w850i

    My phone is unable to receive and phone calls. It doesnt even ring, when someone tries to ring me it says, unable to connect the call then it stops. If anone can help me that would be great.

    sounds like the phone company has blocked the phone, do you even get signal? if not it has been blocked and is then useless in the uk.
