Hello - I am new to all this - but I could use your help. I am trying to back up a DVD with Ripit4Me - I get all the way through to the last step where I can click on backup - but is sayis that space required in folder is 4,469 MB and the space available in the folder is 3,291 MB. It won't let me continue - but according to my Hard Drive I have over 3 Gigs space left. Can someone well me how to get the files that have been both decrypted and shrunk, burnt on a DVD? What do I do about this space issue? Thanks for your help
Hi rd0023 How much free hard drive space do you have? You should have at least 12 gig free. When decrypter rips the disc that takes up about 7 gig then Shrink needs at least 4.38 gig free (amount of data that can fit on a disc). 4469 mb is roughly 4.38 gig. Shrink is telling you only have a little over 3 gig left. You'll need to clear up some hard drive space.
