Hi, I have the Medieval total war:Viking invasion game and i was trying to back it up with no success. I tried alcohol 120%, and burned the image on a cd-rw. It worked fine but when I reinstalled the game it stopped working, even with emulation. Now on Shoey's advice I bought the Lite-on 52/32/52 burner and since I read on the forum that Discjuggler is supposed to be the best to backup SD2.9, I was wondering if anybody could guide me as to the specific settings to use on Discjuggler, or if there is any other method. In the meantime I'll give the discdump/fireburner method a try and let u know how it goes. Thanx for the help.
Backups of Safedisc 2.9.x won't play in the cd burner unless you use the aid of some time of ATIP tool (ignore media type) for Alcohol 120%. The backup should play in your dvd\cd-rom just fine m8. Shoey
