Hello, am knew here not sure if this is right palce for this topic but. I need to know The Ip adress you use for your computer when you go into Intenet protcal i have it as 192.168.0.1 then on my SmartFTP i have it as 192.168.0.2 but when i go to connect it says invalid argument. i have all my wires connected up and this have never usally been a proplem if anyone could point me in the right direction or even give me a quivk tutorial would me gr8. the proplem is i use to know everything about soft modding and havent played much xbox and forgot it all...='( and my m8 wants to see all the mods. as i said i got my xbox soft modded alrdy just i need to get the right Ip adress etc. ~ Lollipop man

Try looking up your computer's I.P. by going into control panel or something... *shrugs* I'll actually be more help when I've done it myself, but the USB to Ethernet is taking AGES to get here... It SHOULD be here tomorrow... Not today cos it's Sunday... Anyhoo, if it's using the same port as you do for the normal internet, just go on the internet, click the little icon that looks like 2 monitors on the bottom start bar thing, and it should tell I.P. in details. I dunno if it's the same for ALL connections, but that's what it's like for mine. Don't trust Its_Surplus on Amazon!
