NEED HELP WITH SOUND ON CD DRIVE AGAIN

    when i play an audio cd in my computer it kind of pauses or repeats itself real quick but when i have a downloaded music file it works just fine

    have u tried cleaning the cd ron drive and the discs?

    Yeah probably either your discs or CD-ROM Drive. Try cleaning the disc if its dirty, and the use some aerosol to clean the CD-ROM Drive out.

    i tried it out again and it only plays MP3 cd's now and other audio cd's still mess up

    have u checked the connection if not maybe end of the line for the drive...

    it is connected just fine if you mean the IDE cable
