need help with starview box

    i just got home tonight to find there was no signal for my box,and i noticed before i left today that ntl were working on and around my house..

    any ideas please?

    stressed

    tried lots of things to get it working

    its the dublin 13 area mate

    any ideas ive done a reset already auto scan

    not picking up channels

    Plug the cable back into your TV and see if you have normal Tv channels

    If they are working on the tap end of your connection it will be down either way . Can you check your codes, press menu type 1570 on remote, press nagravision and tell me what it says for key 00 and key 01.

    If you have no channels do your automatic scan again

    You should not have to reset the b0x , just go to Menu > installation and choose automatic scan on N*L

    Ok press menu 1570 and check is the EMU key ON

    Ok , Try this from scratch and hope it works

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose N*L etc
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    176 Channels found
    Exit

    Menu 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit
