Hey, I just recently downloaded the GIMP digital imaging software, and I read through a lot of their tutorials; but I still couldn't understand a lot of the stuff they're talking about. Does anyone have a newbie guide to this? I can copy a DVD perfectly, but I recently have been wanting to make an animation in my sig.....but I have little knowledge of how to go about doing it using GIMP. Anyone w/ a good newbie guide can post it here.
Oh, I just saw that Phantom69 has a guide on it...........still though, if anyone else has a guide, post it. Because all he shows how to make is an image, not an animation, although it is hats off to him because it was very well put together.
