ok I let an idiot IT guy restore my pc back a week with the Trojan Virus still in there and it seems to still be in there cuz 1 example is I cn't copy & paste or save a file it doesn't give an error but the file never appears any where. Any suggestions what to do? And plz don't say foramt cuz that's what I am trying to avoid but will probably need some help doing that too.
have you done a virus scan ? we cant help if we dont know a lot more info that what you have given or if you paid him to clean the virus take it back to him
B4 the pc gets too bad. Boot ur pc in safe mode, get to another computer and burn spybot, avg free antivirus, and lavasoft ad-aware on a disk. Install all 3 programs on your pc, if the trojan i highly doubt the trojan is super advanced and highly malicous, and these programs will be able to remove it, and any associated files. And down the road, use active scanning with McAfee.
