My friend gave me XP on a disk but the problem is that I have to go into the folder to start the setup. I want it so right when the DVD is put in it will go right to the XP setup. I need this so my PC reads and boots the disk right when the PC starts up. (putting in a new mobo and proc) Thanks for any help.
? if that's a original xp disk - just make sure your boot order in BIOS is right (1st from cd/dvd-rom). Then just boot your comp when you have disk in the driver and it should work. if that ain't original then... //** I read the rules and I'm not sure should I say anything here so I edited**//
