at first i got error 7 in my Xbox (i've checked everything, the cable, etc), then i try too change the original hd with my pc hd and i got error 16. The question is : 1. How to fix this situation? espescially because i can't get the eeprom (i dunno about eeprom before) 2. can i use the pc hd then doing hotswap method? because i read hotswap methodcan fix the error 16... 3. Any other suggestions? 4. Thank you very much
Ah, forgot to mention... Yes it was installed with Apple X Pro Modchip, say, can my Xbox be repaired? Since i can no longer access the original HD...
Someone told me that if my Xbox is modded, then i don't need eeprom.bin i was so sure that i made right burned Xiso cd (New HDevox), im using CD-R, The jumper was okay too . But it turned out like this... Btw, i made Xiso by using simple Xiso and then with Nero 6 (Nero Express menu) chose...what was it...burn image or saved projects
I'm not familiar with that software myself... If you have a modchip, all you need to do is replace the HDD, insert 'Slayers' disc and rebuild the new drive, that's it!
