Hello, I have downloaded the Movie Red dragon from Kazaa and I have a Windows media player and a have tried to play it on Kazaa and nothing but a black screen comes up! The movie is a AVI movie and i run on Windows 95 is that makes a difference. I really want to watch this movie and others but can't seem to get any to play. I can however watch music videos on kazza just not this movie. someone please help
Download the divx 311 alpha codec from here.. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/divx_3_codec.cfm If it doesnt play after that then you have a fake movie cause red dragon is the most fakes movie of the year on the net. Followed closely by LOTR2! Also remember that piracy is illegal and it is actually against the rules to post it on this site but since Im a man who believes in second chances I decided to help and not just for red dragon but because you will need the mpeg-4 codec for all divx you may encounter, even the ones you encode yourself!

Wonderboy, d'you know of any codec I could get to preview divx in kazaa? I can't stand fake files and lately I have been relying on sharereactor and a low edonkey download speed. Also, d'you know of any good edonkey servers I could try out?
I cant preview any movie in KaZaa, but i use DATVIEW to extract the data from the dat file, and rebuild the index with DIVFIX, and view the movie in ZOOM PLAYER, in this way i get an exact idea of the quality of the movie i'm downloading. Use the ACE mega codec pack, it is huge and has almost all the codec's you need including rare audio and video codec's.
