First off I am not 100 percent sure if this is the right forum for this question but this is my problem. I am using Nero 6 to make Data DVDs. I add mostly video files. When I go to burn the DVD is say that i will be burning a "Multi Session DVD" ( I am not sure what that means) I tried making a Data DVD with a bunch of different video files on it for my cousin. But when he goes to open any video file he just gets the sound. No video. Now he has Windows XP and a newer DVD Drive. I don't understand why the DVD works for me, but not for him. Does this have to deal with the "Multi Session"? I am really kind of stumped on this... Any help would be great.
ok multisession means the cd or dvd isint finalised That means the seassion can be added to at a later date on the same cd or dvd) its not the way to go if you are going to give disks to other people some os's cant read them so untick the box in nero just before you write the cd my guess is you cousins computer is missing a codec required to play the dvds that you are giving him get him to install this http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm
