    I NEED A ALL IN ONE DVD TO VCD PLEASE HELP.BUT HAVE NO MONEY

    do you have VCD software? If you do follow these easy instructions

    1.Load The VCD software

    2.Convert your video into VCD format

    3.(Simple) get the video VCD file and load it into the disc drive that burns CD-R either D: or E:

    4.Burn the files to a CD-R (the file has to be 700mb or less) because of the max storage space on a CD-R

    5.Play on a VCD enabled DVD Player

    6.Enjoy the video you just made
