Hi I have tried unlocking my phone using the advice on this forum but with no luck my phone is a 6230i imei No: 35882700780604 vodafone UK when i type unlock code in nothing happens when i put in a different sim it says enter unrestrict code Cheers for any help Barney
barney866, That IMEI is no good. You might want to pass the code you got by me. You will need a non Vodafone sim. [bold]Note:If nothing happens.[/bold] Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim.[bold] Before you do this, make sure the sim you use does NOT have a security PIN CODE. If it does, reset the security code to default 12345 with the original phone.[/bold] Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option,then enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER. JG
