Need help

My satalite keeps going down on me, I checked the keys and they haven't changed. Could this be because I have the auto roll off??

 

Do you have the latest keys installed? What stb are you using?

 

I have a coolsat 5000 platinum, I used the Bev keys from the other day.

 

You can check for new keys at tvkeyz, but I don't think they have changed. You need to either install the new bin file and let it auto roll, or manually install the keys after you have turned off auto roll.
