need help

Rite. 3 of my channels where gone. I did a powerscan. got the channels back. reorganized everything. then i was browsing the fav menu and when i went onto the ppv channel it came up "channel is currently not available" and then the box froze and reset. so i deleted the channel hoping i would be able to simply install it again. I have tried doing an autoscan and i tried manually inputting the freq and still no joy.

I have a eurovox maxV and im in ireland(waterford) and using n*l.

If someone could help i would greatly appreciate it as i just dont have a clue wat else to do.
