need help

    Can someone please help me, I have just purchased a starview 3 but am only able to view the freeview channels.

    I have tuned in the channels and they all show, I have gone into the menu to try and turn the emu on but when I put the code 1570 as I have been told to do nothing happens. am I missing something (has the code changed) or am i doing something wrong

    sorry if I sound dumb but HUH!!!

    I have just plugged it in and followed the instructions to install into the tv,
