Need info on Xbox 360

    I know about the nxe update which allows someone to install a game on his Xbox 360 harddisk and play from the harddisk but the game DVD must be in the tray. Is is true that there is a hack that allows you to play from the harddisk with no need for the game DVD to be in the tray? Where can i download such a hack? Can someone pls upload on rapidshare.com if it exists. Thanks.
