need ipod help

    my ipod video is not responding. it keeps showing the apple logo on and off when i plug it to my computer. tried to reset it but it wouldn't work. can someone please help me?

    Does your computer see it as a removable drive when you plug it in?

    Have you tried restoring it using the apple updater?
