Does anyone know of a program that I can use to translate subtitles?
I have gone online and used "Bing", which did a great job translating, but screws up the "-->" for the subtitle.
It either leaves out some of the -- or puts the time numbers in the wrong order.
If I have to go through the subtitles one by one (when there are over 1000) takes too long.
    Can anyone help?

As usual, I would appreciate any help.
    Thank You

If it's .srt files, download and run Subtitle Edit.
    http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Subtitle-Edit

Drag the .srt file into the window.
    Click 'Auto-translate'.
    Select 'Translate (powered by Google)'.
Select the 'From and To' languages.
    Click 'Translate'.
    When completed, click 'OK'.
    Click 'File' > 'Save as'.

I tried the subtitle edit and got the following result: (example)
    "1
    00:00:01,000 --> 00:00:04,310
Achievement it again, brother. Departs from the
of the woman before it's too late."

As you can see, it is translated pretty crappy.
Is there anything else that might do a better job?
    Thank you
