Need Serious Help With My Dreambox

    I bought a Dreambox DM-500c off a mate last year and until now have had all the channels until the other day.

    Reading all the messages about how to fix them problem i'm not sure if my box is set up corretly etc.

    It has Enigma written on it.
    When i go to Plugins as suggested i see no sign of Tuxbox.

    Do i need to update firmware or upgrade to anything or is my system fine?

    And yes I am thick in this subject.
