I have two song files in wav type, whose lyrics are the same and voices are different, both are in different format, i want to play both the songs at a time in stereo, and i need convert that song into mp3, can i do this by any software?
Audacity can load multiple audio (Project > Import Audio) and save as mp3. http://superb-east.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/audacity/audacity-win-1.2.6.exe It has extensive capabilities - but I have only used it to separate stereo tracks and I can't offer any help beyond loading and saving - but there are tutorials around if you care to search.
