    Hi There Everybody-

I am having a problem that I need your help on. I am using Nero to burn a dvd of home movies. There are 5 chapters, each is about 8 to 13 min in length, totaling 3.14 GB in size. I have a Pentium 2.80 GHZ. processor with 2.00 GB of RAM.

The problem I am having is that the whole project will transcode and burn with no errors. But when I watch the project on my DVD player. The last chapter (chapter 5) is very choppy and pixelated and the sound cuts in and out. I have watched chapter 5 from the .avi file on the hard drive and it plays fine, which tells me the problem lies in the transcoding and burning process (I think). All other chapters before number 5 are fine. What can I do to remedy this ???? I am totally confused.

Thanks for taking the time on this and appriciate all your advise.

    Sincerely- Doug

Is the burned disk acting up when played back on the PC?

If so, have Nero save the output to the HDD instead of immediately burning the disk.
Play the files in the folder and see if they are ok.

    Hi There-

Yes, the disk is choppy and pixelated when I play it back on the pc as well. It is just like what happens in the DVD player.

If I do save the output to a folder, and it does not have any issues, how can I burn the folder?

    Thanks- Doug
