need some computer help!!

    i have a laptop its a few years old its a cicero but its really loud (fans) the fans dont spin all the time but like 4-5 min after the boot up they kick in. how do i make them quieter?

    being that your on a laptop, then fan is controlled by the bios, yes it may be loud at times, but they are specially engineered to run between two tempatures. there's not a real solution to making them quieter other than trying to clean them up a bit, as laptop fans are not something you can usually alter settings on yourself...
