need some help finding device

    I have a odd request, I am looking for a audio device I can play sound clips remotely. Basically something that you can press a button on a remote and it will play the sound back on the device. The device doesn't need a record function but that would make it easier if possible.

    I've looked at a lot of voice memo devices but haven't found any that would help me with what I'm trying to do.

    any suggestions would be appreciated I'm sure there is something out there that lets you do this kind of stuff.

    thinking portable sterio with a remote.sterios,dvd players are the only thing i can think of with a remote.
