Since I can't help, I can't tell you that for a fee there are certain 'individuals' who would be able to 'help your friend' recover said money, along with possible compensation....for a 'donation'. But of course, you didn't hear that from me.
[Cheesy Italian Accent] ... wrath663: Can you please helpa me, GodPappy? GodPappy: Waddaya wanna me to do?? wrath663: Maybe you coulda break his legs or sumthin? He taka advantage of my friend, you know? GodPappy: OK, I tell you what I gonna do. I make him an offer he canna refuse. 'Course, you could always enlist the services of the Klingon Military. We don't usually break legs. (We remove them!)
I'm waiting for a bruised person posting after getting a good a$$ kicking.. that is if they don't get stabbed or worse.. People who run these scams don't work like this.. somebody is going to meet the heavy side of the organisation.
you're probably right about that lol. BTW Jan congrats on the aDa its been a long time coming for you glad you're there
you could always email him and pretend to be interested and find his address out and call the cops, or you could call the cops because he stole your money, you can ip track him, or you can go with iluvendo and the hitman idea
I agree with Varnull, you proabaly won't like the results of the meeting. Get the police involved if you really want to try and get your cash back.
(seriously......) I think his friend is (really) just out of luck. There are a lot of insensitive, uncaring, conniving scammers out there - I've been had myself (several *unauthorized* charges to my MasterCard), and truly ....... I'd just take this as a learning experience. It's sad, but it happens. (Sorry, my friend).
