    Here's what happened.

I was running Slayer's Evox, but wanted to upgrade, and put a few other dashboards on my box. I have a friend who also has a modded box, so I transferred the files through FlashFXP and put them onto mine. It went fine except for one thing: I couldn't use the "Game Management" option. So, I decided to just go back to my original setup (I saved all my original stuff). So, I'm in the process of transferring back to my original setup, and something went wrong somewhere. Right in the middle of FTPing, it stopped.

I got an error 13. I've been reading up on it, but nothing is helping. After a while, the error 13 screen went away. Now, when I boot up, it takes me to the normal XBox menu (The menu with "Music", "XBOX live", etc.). It wouldn't be a problem if I could connect to FlashFXP and try again, but it won't connect. I can't connect to XBOX live and get a dashboard update that way either. Even though the cables are connected properly, I just plain can't connect my XBOX to anything.

I downloaded Slayer's Evox 2.6, burned it to DVD, but when I put it in, it says "XBOX cannot read the disc. Make sure it is an XBOX game, a DVD movie, or a music CD". I burned Slayer's Evox to a CD-R and a DVD-R, and nothing. What confuses me most is why I don't get the error 13 screen anymore. Well, actually the whole thing is confusing me now. I've spent hours trying to fix this thing, and nothing is working.

Please tell me there is someone here who can help me out...

Just get Splinter Cell and AR and transfer the linux files over. Also you can try pooping in a game with downloadable content and download something and you'll have the original MS Dashboard. Then try Slayers.

The problem with the second option is pretty simple.

I can't download anything. It won't connect to a single thing. Not to my computer, not to XBox live, nothing. Also, since I have a modded XBox, I don't really have any actual game discs.
