Hey whats up guys, i just got the ipod video recently this friday and well i have a n00b question or maybe 2. I've looked through the faqs and i'm not sure which guide to follow or which one does what. So if you can help me then cool, if you can't or don't want to because it's a newb question then please don't flame me for it, i've only had it like 2 days, only messed with it for like 15 minutes...

Well the problem, i ripped like 20 cds of my brothers for the road since we went to calgary and i like them quite a lot so without going home and redownloading like 20 of them is there anyway i can add songs to the ipod with a different computer and keeping the 20 cds or whatever? Also if there is whould this way void my warrenty? since i just got it i really don't want to do that..

Last one, i deleted the ripped cds from the HD so the library or whatever would see that, how do i still add songs with out deleting the music already on the ipod since there off the HD?

ok to add music to it is simple without deleting it ....you have to plug the ipod in and go to its options (bottom right corner ull see an ipod click it (plug in))and then you have to click the cirlce next to manually update ipod (along those lines) and then if your brother has one then do the same just in case because im not sure ....then you have to manully add them but if its the whole library u wanna copy then you can hit ctrl+a to selet all then drag them over to ur ipod and then go to file>update xxxxx (your ipods name)
