hey guys I have some movies on my computer which are all mp4 and work with quicktime and itunes. one movie however gives me error -50: an unknown error occurred, I have no idea what that means or if there is anything I can do about it- any help or advice would be much appreciated. Also, one movie gave me error -37, something about a corrupt file name, somebody suggested making the name shorter so I did and it worked, except that there is no picture, only sound. If anyone could please help me out it would be very appreciated, Thanks!

QuickTime's mp4 support is actually pretty crappy. Supports SP MPEG-4 only and basically Main Profile AVC. Doesn't support he-aac and I don't think it can properly handle multichannel aac audio (it can in an mov container).

Quite possible that there is nothing wrong with the files.
