Well, first I have to declare that it is not my fault. It is my brother's fault since he doesn't really know much about computer and let his friends borrow his. Anyway, get back to the topic...I don't even know what they did. Whenever I tried to turn on or switched on the computer, the moment it loaded, it would go into the hibernation mode or state, and then the computer would automatically shut off. There is no way for you to go into the window menu or windshield. I even tried to push the reset or restart button. After it reboot, it would do the same thing over and over(going into hibernated state and then shut off). Then when I restarted the computer, during the rebooting progress, you were asked to select the mode you wanna start with such as "IF YOU WANNA GO TO THE MENU SELECTION, PLEASE PRESS F8". I just pressed F8, and then there are two modes for me to choose. 1) Resume what you are doing. 2) Delete all restoration data and then reboot and restart the window. If you don't select anything after 3 minutes, it will automatically restart. I didn't do anything, and not even touch it. However, after 3 minutes, it automatically shut off and then malfunctioned. No matter what I did, it was just like in vain. What's happening?
This one should probably be moved to a better forum - not Nero related like saltgrass said - I'll request a move.
Jinkazuya Okay follow this step first. When you are turning on the computer press F8 continuously until a menu appears. The menu will give you different start up options. Select safe mode and let the computer boot there. If you are still having a problem with it loading let me know. If it does load in safe mode then go to start and select control panel. Select Performance and Maintenance and a new window will appear. Select Power Options. A new window will open with tabs that read: Power Schemes, Advanced, Hibernate, UPS. Under the Power Schemes tab make sure that Turn off hard disks & System standby are set to "Never". Under the Hibernate tab if the Enable hibernation is checked, then uncheck it. Now reboot your machine and see if you still have the same problem. Let me know how you make out. Thanks
Anyway, sorry for going through all the trouble helping me out. It was just out of battery that the computer automatically go into hibernated mode. After it was fully charged, it just went back to normal.
