i am bored out of my mind!!!!!!!!! i am really craving a game. something along the lines of a first/third person shooter that u travel around the games world and buy your own wepons. something along like a first person/rpg. if anyone no a game like this please tell me. P.S. by weapons i mean NOT swords or shields or crossbows. i am sick of the past

That sucks that you said that. I would recommend God Of War for ps2, it's awesome, but you're running around with swords.
go to gamespot.com and look around, you'll find something. I've been in your situation before, don't expect a lot from a game when you're really craving something, the best games come along when you're not even looking for them, like when I bought Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 when I thought it would be gay and it turns out to be the best PS2 game ever. What do you have anyway? PS2, XBox?
