I am trying to burn the activation disc on a mac. I need to burn the activation iso on the FIRST layer. Both osx360 and iBurn360 have automatic layer break settings. How do I burn the activation iso on the first layer with these programs.
Hey, simply right click on the activate.iso file, and open with disc utility. Once there, select it on the left side, then click the "burn" button on the top. Make sure you are using a +R dual layer disc.
Are you sure that will work? Disc utility doesn't successfully burn xbox360 backups. Will i be able to set it to burn on the first layer? That's a requirement for burning the activation disc.
Yeah, that's how I did mine. I'm assuming it just automatically burns it to the first layer. Just as a heads up, when I did mine it seemed like it was done burning and froze up, but just give it a while and it will complete by itself.
