Hello everyone, please excuse my rudeness by popping in and having my 1st post a desperate request for help! I was wondering if any of the Nero versions will allow me to simply plug my camcorder in via firewire and burn my mini DVs direct to DVD. I downloaded a trial version of Nero a few years ago and was able to do it but cannot remember the exact version. I'm a schoolteacher and need to burn my DVD for my class project before spring term starts back on Monday. Help!
nero can pull dvdVR format useing nero vision / capture to hard drive what format are the files on your camcorder? avi? mpeg? as you can copy/paste to hard drive from the cam (no programs) then use dvd flick a free app to make dvd or nero vison. load file to dvd flick / set options re: PAL or NTSC / set burning options / put dvdr in drive / click create button in options set output size to 4300meg also! ------------ also you could do all this and your dvdr disc you bought from shop may let you down, use VERBATIM! brand when done, test your disc on the player it will be played on before the big day! cheap dvdrs jump/skip not play end etc...
