I loaded a copy of my retail vista ultimate on my moms laptop. I tried to activate it but it says the key has already been used and I need to buy a new one online. the only problem with that is the link provided doesnt take me to a place to do it. I cant even google and find out how. Can someone please help. I only have 3 days of trial left!
Buy a copy of Vista Ultimate from a retail store and use that key or try activating Vista again, which should give you the instructions for contacting the Microsoft Porduct activation Line: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950929
