Need to convert MKV to WMV

    Hi-

    I have a very large high bitrate MKV file. I need this file to playback on Xbox360. Gotsent and the usual tools aren't working. Even after Gotsent split the file to < 3gb each, Xbox won't play the entire file.

    I would like to just convert the entire file to WMV and reencode the video. BUT, because the file is so high bitrate, windows movie maker is not an option (wants to reencode to only 7.9mbits).

    Please suggest a tool that will be able to do this at a high bitrate. Thanks!

    I'm having a hard time understanding your question in context.
    What resolution and bitrate do you want the WMV to be?
