Need to know how to get video's from real player for my ipod!

Hi all

Bascially i want a video that is on a webpage but you can only watch it by opening real player or media. I really am not sure how to basically steal this and upload it on to my ipod can anyone help?? and does this make any sense??

steel it lol just go and download it from what ever site your prefer and convert it to itunes with soft ware called videora i pod soft ware convertor

then upload to your i pod

 

I can't it's a really old video and it's not on itunes or on youtube or anything like that it's on a webpage and only in real player or media!!

 

whats the web page and video called might be able to source it for ya well ill try anyway lol
