Need to unlock a Nokia 6061

First off, this is an awsome site, just found it and loving it.
Anyways, i would like to request an unlock code for my phone:

[bold]Make/model phone[/bold]: Nokia 6061
[bold]IMEI #[/bold]: 010715/00/967068/9
[bold]Country the phone is locked in[/bold]: Canada
[bold]Provider the phone is locked to[/bold]: Fido

I have never done an unlocking before, so I am completely new to this stuff. Hopefully i can get it to work.
