Need to UNLOCK Motorola C139

    I just got a Motorola C139 Cingular GoPhone from FYE store. Need to unlock it, please help ! Sim Card is virgin. I'm a newbie on this, so please walk me through.

    Someone please comment on this. Is it NOT possible to unlock Motorola C139 by code ???

    I got some geek on ebay to give me an unlock code for $7. worked fine.

    U can either call ur phone company and ask them for it, or buy the subsidy code from me in less than 24 hours for $12. u can try testpoints, but u have to take the phone apart.

    So will these unlock codes work for the latest IMEI 01109...series?

    What method will also allow me into the admin menus to change the settings for allowing the band selection between 850, 900, 1800, 1950?

    each unlock code is unique to each phone. u have to give them you whole imei number. ebay has a seller only you3 that unlock my v3 and my v505 very easily and quickly. u can email the imei and they will tell u before u buy if it possible to do it just by the code. every helpful
