tis type of phone is of a new type called BB5 and cant be unlocked via code or cable the only way for u to unlock it is to visit the mobile provider that locked it and request that they unlock it note there are ppl online that "offer" to unlock this phone for 30 pounds again that's a scam i emailed them and asked about a refund if it doesnt work and till today no reply.... so dont bother searchin online visit ur local mobile provider and make the request they will comply cause it is ur phone u did pay for it didnt u? u did pay full price didnt u vist the provider and make the request
