Need to upgrade from 3.71 m33-2 to latest, how?

I have a pandora battery and flash card which I used to goto 3.71 m33-2 which I did about a year ago.

Can anyone tell me if I can update mine and the simplest easy way to do it.

I have been looking around the site but there seems to be too many new ways to do it.

 

Now managed to get to 5.00M33 using info and files from http://www.howitshould.be/index.html

Some ISO still not working like GT and SoulCal

Must need to go higher
