Need unlock code for Nokia 6010

I've done a lot of research, and some of it is confusing. The 6010 is not listed in some calculators. Some people say to use GEN: v2 and others say that is blacklisted and won't work. Some say to leave the sim card in, and some say to take it out. (With my sim card in, I can select "undo" and then it asks for a restriction code.) Some say to use the first code, and some say the seventh. So please help me. Thanks.
