No one ever talks about this and I was wondering about it because it seems like a good deal

That depends on if you think it is a good deal. I have never had any experience with the NeoFlash products. I haven't really heard all that much about them either, which could be a good or bad thing - Good 'cos that means no-one has any problems with it, or Bad, 'cos non-one buyys them for some reason.

Also, you might want to find out if the included SD card is 1GigaBIT or 1GigaBYTE, there is a big difference. Flash cards have a habit of choosing 1Gigabit to trick people into thinking they're getting alot of storage - when they're not.

Based on the product reviews on ISO-420, I wouldn't touch anything that NeoFlash makes.

High price + low compatibility = No reason to buy their products.

Ok I just bought this one from... http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/dd-nds-neo1
I'll try it out and let you know, I hope this allows me to flash my firmware on my DS, is there any firmware out there that changes the total look of the DS instead of just getting rid of the Warning screen?

And also if I do the firmware update will I still be able to go online and can I used a backed up ROM online?
