neo path of matrix dvd help needed xbox

hi
i have neo path of matrix on xbox files are dvd5 all the unwanted stuff already removed.
problem is i have burnt game to two different types of dvd (arita pink & riteck white) both times my xbox refuses to play game on screen message on tv said this is not an xbox game or dvd is dirty anybody else had same problem is there a way round this failling that this game gets trashed this is the third d/load
