   i got a few files here that Nero dont like.
   
   both have been renamed to *.iso and i used CDMage to find the right block size. but when i try to burn Nero says my cdr's arent recordable, whats with that???

   Use BlindWrite to burn them: http://cd-rw.org/software/cdr_software/cdr_applications/blindwrite_suite.cfm . Nero can't handle all image files.
   
   BTW, your Nero version is rather old.
