so ive never had a problem with Nero. But when i installed Nero 5 burning ROM into my laptop, i only have as my recorder the image recorder and it does not have my actual hardrive recorder/burner. Does anyone know whats wrong with it? please help!!!
The only possible explanation I can offer is that your Nero is really outdated. Try updating to this version, 6.6.0.18, you will need both packages...hopefully your old serial number will allow you to update, good luck. hi, the second link that i installed worked perfectly, but the first one (the one for the actual ahead nero) is not working, it tells me to uninstal my previous nero then when i do i click on the update that you told me to try and my serial number isnt working? do you know any other way to work this?
oh its ok. I figured it out. You cant use the old serial number. You need to purchase the one for NERO 6. thanks so much for those instalation links
